Comfort Bedding Inc., Policy and Procedures
This policy is for the purpose of assuring that all Comfort Beddings' customers are treated fairly and equitably. The policy and procedures we define here are not new. They are tried and proven practices, which we have followed for many years. By having such a definite policy in writing, both Comfort Bedding personnel and customers should have a common understanding in these matters, which should greatly facilitate handling of any problems which might arise.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. Credit terms are net 20 days. C.O.D. terms are 3% discount.
2. For deliveries totaling less than $350.00, there will be a minimum freight charge of $25.00.
3. Terms and prices are subject to change without notice.
4. No merchandise will be sold on consignment or a conditional sale basis.
5. Claims for shortages must be noted on delivery receipt and signed by Comfort Bedding driver.
6. All prices are delivered prices. However a $20.00 fuel charge per delivery may be added. If more than 50 miles, delivery charge works by percentage.
7. All specials must be quoted at time when ordering.
8. Specials are for limited time only.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, ALLOWANCES:
1. No credit will be allowed on merchandise returned to our warehouse without written permission of a Comfort Bedding salesman.
2. A 10% restocking charge will apply to all credits for merchandise returned. (except defective merchandise returned)
3. There will be no allowances or exchanges made for damage while in the possession of a dealer or a dealer’s customer.
4. Whenever possible, we will work with you to determine if a problem can be solved.
