COMFORT BEDDING PRORATED WARRANTY
1. Your Comfort Bedding Mattress will be replaced or repaired with a prorated warranty, excluding transportation, at Comfort Bedding’s option should your mattress be defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects, during the life of your warranty (other than specific limitations contained herein). Body impressions are caused by the natural compressions of quality upholstery materials and are not considered a defect but is normal, expected result. Compression of upholstery of 15% or less of the overall height of the mattress is not considered to be “sagging” of the mattress.
2. Warranty shall not apply if foundation is not supported by an additional center rail with leg support frame on Queen or King size.
3. Warranty shall not apply if bedding has been burned, soiled, is in unsanitary condition, or otherwise abused or damaged; and it shall not apply to border wires which are bent due to moving the sleep set.
4. If mattress is purchased separately, the use of an improper foundation may lead to abuse and the damage is not covered by the terms of this warranty. A Comfort Bedding matching foundation or equivalent is required for proper support.
5. Warranty shall not apply if Law Tag is removed. Proof of purchase and the date of manufacture of the product is required.
6. Your Comfort Bedding Limited Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser. It does not apply to mattresses purchased as used, secondhand or distressed. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear.
7. Because of the nature of this product, the mattress fabric is excluded from the Limited Warranty.
8. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
9. Service and handling charges will apply
10. Purchaser is required under this Limited Warranty to return the Warranty Registration Card to the manufacture at time of purchase.
11. In the unlikely event you observe a defect, you should contact the retailer from whom you purchased this product. If the retailer cannot be contacted, you should write directly to the Comfort Bedding manufacturer. In either cases, you must provide proof of date and place of purchase.
12. Thus Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
13. To calculate a prorated warranty divide the cost of the mattress by the amount of years used and the amount of years the warranty is for. That would be the cost of replacement for a faulty mattress.
14. Repairs of handles are not covered by the warranty since it is not made to be used for lifting a mattress.
15. In the event identical materials are not available to be used in the replacement of repair of the mattress or foundation, Comfort Bedding reserves the right to substitute other materials of equal or higher quality
